Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending an item back. Proof of purchase may be required.

Print-on-Demand and Made-to-Order Items

Some products in our store are created especially for you after your order is placed. Because these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind.

If your made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can make it right.

Soaps and Personal Care Products

For health and hygiene reasons, soaps and other personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when possible.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, soaps and personal care products, and any items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
